Students must have the set edition of Jane Austen’s novel, so that page numbers
correspond to the references used in class.
Students must also read the following novel during the semester. No particular edition
is specified:
MCEWAN, On Chesil Beach, 2007.
Please also note: the literary texts for this course are available at Book in Bar, 4 rue
Cabassol, Aix-en-Provence. Given the huge profits made by less ethical online giants,
we encourage students to avoid buying books online.
