Structure and organisation

Session 1 : the students will gather by groups and choose a country and a target

Session 2 : analysis of the context through a Stakeholder’s Matrix

Session 3 : identification of a strategy through a Problem / Objective Tree

Session 4 : formulation of a Logical framework

Session 5 : Implementation of Budget, Calendar and Indicators

Session 6 : final evaluation – presentation of each project
