Descriptif : This course aims at understanding the mechanisms which led a country such as South Africa to develop a system of racial segregation and then to abandon it to follow the path to freedom and democracy. The different themes linked to apartheid will be examined through different means such as : texts, iconography, audio and video documents etc.
